Holiday post #1

SUNDAY

I've decided to do a holiday diary kind of thing. Because:

1. It is less of a waste of time than playing chess.
2. It can maybe help improve my writing skills.
3. I can feel like I've achieved something if I read through a list of what I've done.
4. Diaries are cool!

Last Friday was a very long day. Even though it wasn't stressful or anything, I was really looking forward to the holidays, and didn't really concentrate in any classes (not that there was any need, just take Latin for example :P). In the last period we got our reports. Getting a B for Biology was a bit annoying, but everything else was ok. In Tim's words, "I did well because you can't get straight As in the Senior School".

Speaking of Tim, I went to (but not into!) Tim's house again after school, and on the way we talked about various things. One of these was whether he wanted to come to my house on the holidays. He said no, and gave a reason which made me feel really concerned. Tim's life (in school and out of school) is a nightmare, even though he's such an inspirational friend...

Yesterday I slept in till about 11:30, for the first time in years. Then I passed time for a few hours by playing flute/chess/darts. At night I decided I didn't want to waste these holidays and came up with a list of productive things to do. These included:
  • Going for a 1.5km run every morning
  • Attempting again to learn C++
  • Making another game on Game Maker
  • Improving flexibility
  • Playing more flute.
So this morning I started the day by going for a run. At the Mackie Rd shops I saw this girl who takes my bus at the same bus stop, she had a wtf kind of expression as I jogged past. My run took seven minutes, which is okay for me, I guess. When I got back, I played some flute, and when my parents woke up I helped them do some gardening. Soon my cousin/aunty/uncle came over, and mum suggested we do stuff like play lawn bowls and table tennis. Now it's just after dinner (we had dumplings) and the others are talking in the dining area...

Mood: Happy/accomplished

p.s. Please give some feedback/suggestions by talking to me on msn or emailing me (jasonltang@gmail.com).

Aren't your friends nice.

Diaries are supposed to be secret. This is a blog. Not to be confused.
Hum-Ha. Improve those writing skills, write best-seller, than leave all your money to me! muhahahhahaha!
Diaries are so cool I agree. All the celebs are writing them (they are now I think about it), all the cool people are, and you only get called gay a little bit if people find out.

Sigh. Every day is equally long Jason. You should know that by now. They each have 24 hours (approx.) Tim's words; what a load of poo. Of course you CAN, doesn't mean its easy though does it??

I think it just goes to show that biology is a crap subject that is boring. Physics :) Chem :- Bio :(

When you say 'various things' I really start to wonder/worry.

You say Tim's life outside/inside of school is a nightmare, that was a reference to a belief in Idealism wasn't it? That his life is just an illusion like a nightmare. If for some reason you were comparing Tim's life to a nightmare because it is so unpleasant, just say it is unpleasant. A lot of people, including Dr Lam... (can't remember it) say idealism is a ratbag's view and you might be falsely attacked.

flute chess and darts, you should try combining them into one big UBER GAME!!!

Improving flexibility, running? "It's people like you that give us perverts a bad name" Razza.

You saw a girl and she looked at you with a wtf expression. Isn't that normal? Just joking.

Lawn Bowls is such an awesome game isn't it?
